JOB OBJECTIVE
This position exists to coordinate the Training & Development requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with other training advisors to advise key stakeholders to address the training needs of staff through the most effective training & development methodologies & aligned to the Business Plan
- Support in conducting training needs analysis
- Assist to deliver training solutions and curriculum as per industry set standards, to drive excellence wherein the solutions are commercial, evaluate and meet the needs of the business with a focus on application and delivery ensuring consistent benchmarking
- Pro-actively contribute to the propaganda of training activities throughout the organization
- Coordinate and facilitate in-house training sessions
- Participate in developing and implementing training programs
- Order supplies and coordinate logistics for training activities including venues, equipment
- Support vendor onboarding and manage invoices & payment processing
- Prepare training schedules, trainees list, and record daily attendance
- Gather data, keep proper filing, maintain training records and generate reports on a regular basis
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Training professional, coordinator, or talent development role
- Training & development experience in Oil & Gas/ energy industry is highly desirable
- MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint – Advanced
- Professional in document/record keeping
- A high level of listening, courtesy and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal & written)
