Job Title: Territory Manager

Position Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of vMap® in the Cardiac Electrophysiology market. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual who excels in sales execution, clinical engagement, and customer relationship building. The Territory Manager will play a key role in supporting product utilization, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Cardiac Electrophysiology space.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow adoption of vMap®.
- Define, own and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Use clinical knowledge and market data to analyze trends and assess competitive dynamics.
- Support electrophysiology procedures, leveraging in-depth mapping experience and clinical insights.
- Partner with key opinion leaders to shape go-to-market strategy and strengthen brand presence.
- Prioritize accounts for new product introduction to maximize revenue and procedural success.
- Lead product launches, local events, and customer training initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Clinical Directors and Clinical Specialists to ensure account success and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with internal stakeholders to align on performance metrics and strategic goals.
- Build lasting relationships with hospital and clinic personnel, including physicians, administrators, nurses, and technologists.
- Travel extensively within the territory to meet with existing and prospective clients.
- Represent Vektor Medical with professionalism, integrity, and adherence to company values and the Code of Conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex medical technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time (overnight travel required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales, cardiac electrophysiology, or related clinical support roles.
- Experience in Electrophysiology Labs or with 3D cardiac mapping systems and/or Cardiac Rhythm Management devices is strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance.
- Satisfactory background and driving record (to be reviewed as part of the hiring process).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must meet all vendor credentialing requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day).
- Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
- Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of protective lead during procedures.
