KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the sales manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on product enhancements and market demands.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
