Sales Executive/Account Manager

mselect is looking to hire a Sales Executive/Account Manager for a marketing and advertising client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales or related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the sales manager.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on product enhancements and market demands.
Targets and Quotas:
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
