JOB OBJECTIVE
- Establish , implement , monitor all Quality KPIs for each project and reporting progress of same on periodic basis
- Coordinate for all quality related activities including inspection, quality surveillance, quality toolbox, RFI register , NCR register, Risk register, Internal control matrix, compliance register, action tracker for all projects
- Plan, manage and execute all internal /external audits for all projects
- Coordinate day to day activities for all internal and external customer for feedback
- Coordinate and managing quality weekly and monthly meeting with all Contractors
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate and maintain record of all quality control activities on each project
- Review ITBs requirements regarding Quality Control and communicate to all team members.
- Review PQP (Project Quality Plan) and ensure submission and approval from Contractor for each project
- Review all PQPs (Project Quality Plan) submitted by Contractors and vendors and ensure submission and approval
- Review all QIPs (Quality Inspection Plan), Method statements, Weld books and other Quality documents submitted by Contractors and vendors and ensure submission and approval
- Assigning and monitoring Inspector’s tasks to ensure quality coverage is adequate on the work.
- Ensuring adequate resources are available for inspection team to perform day to day activities for site construction
- Ensure QA/QC team objectives are in time achieved.
- Ensure that, customer complaints regarding QA/QC are being logged and proper preventive and corrective actions are being taken within due date.
- Respond on Contractor’s queries regarding QA/QC.
- Confirming applicable plans and procedures are available, approved and followed effectively on all ongoing projects
- Correct material’s identification and traceability requirements are met, verify material log register is maintained by Contractor for each project
- Ensure that quality reports are properly generated and approved in time, in pace with work progression.
- Liaise with project execution team and ensure quality standards and requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSSE management policies, procedures and controls within own area, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating on a continuous basis, and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Leading by example and develop a strong safety-first culture within the own and (sub)contractor workforce. Strong focus on personal safety, security, and QA/QC.
- Coordinate for all punch list activities for MC and PAC till close out of punch list
- Coordinate for final handover documentation status till completion

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate Engineer / Bachelor in technology (B-tech).
- Computer literate – MS Office.
- Total Experience: 10 years of working in QA/QC with minimum of 7 years in Oil & Gas EPC projects
- Knowledge of international codes and standards for oil and gas industries
- Communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Skilled in Influencing and Conflict Handling
- Ability to drive and achieve desired results within the defined time duration
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment
