Job Purpose
The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for overseeing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and maintain regular communication
- Plan and implement effective marketing content aligned with the brand identity
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Review content quality and ensure it meets client standards
- Receive and implement client feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or inquiries
- Join regular meetings with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to improving marketing strategies through creative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Strong communication skills in Kurdish, English, and Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
