Commercial Consultant

mselect is looking to hire a Commercial Consultant for a Facilities Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Commercial or Quantity Surveying (QS), preferably within the Facilities or Property Management sector. Fluency in English is a must.

Job Purpose
The Commercial Consultant is responsible for coordinating the commercial team to ensure that the best value for money is achieved by DAB and the Client, with demonstrable cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake whole life and life cycle cost assessment during early design stages across multiple projects
  • Undertake whole life and life cycle cost workshops, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit analysis, value engineering and benchmarking to compare alternative schemes or designs to achieve project sustainability and functionality targets.
  • Write detailed whole life and life cycle cost reports with clear advice and recommendations.
  • Be enthusiastic and have a strong client focus with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Being prepared to learn and use digital analytical applications

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years in commercial/QS, preferably in facilities/property management
