Job Purpose
To drive growth by generating leads, winning Integrated FM contracts, and leading marketing efforts that enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and convert opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and government sectors
- Build strategic relationships with developers, consultants, and FM decision-makers in the UAE
- Qualify leads, conduct site visits, pitch services, and close new IFM contracts
- Collaborate with the Lead Estimator and Bid Coordinator to prepare technical and commercial bids
- Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with operational capabilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand positioning
- Manage digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, website) to generate and nurture B2B leads
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies (if engaged) for content creation, SEO, social media, and paid media
- Create case studies, client testimonials, and campaign materials that reflect the client’s capabilities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and client engagement metrics
- Track competitor activity, market pricing, and tender trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets and provide monthly business performance reports
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or Facilities Management (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in FM business development or commercial FM roles in the UAE
- Proven experience in closing multi-million-dirham contracts and handling marketing or brand communication
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Solid understanding of FM services (MEP, soft, AMC, CAFM, KPIs)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress)
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- A UAE driving license is mandatory
