Business Development Manager

mselect is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for a Facilities Management Company in Jeddah, KSA. Candidates must have 10–15 years of business development experience in the facilities management or related services sector. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
The Business Development Manager role is focused on leading and expanding the Facilities Management (FM) portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and securing contracts for integrated facilities management services, including both soft and hard services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g. commercial, healthcare, retail, industrial)
  • Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs
Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and bids for clients
  • Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in a timely and accurate manner
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams during the pre-contract phase
Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and align with company capabilities
  • Support strategic planning and forecasting for FM business growth
Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, scope of services, SLAs, and commercial terms
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10– 15 years of business development experience in the facilities management or related services sector
  • Proven track record of winning medium to large-scale FM contracts
