Key Responsibilities
- Support sales executives in managing their corporate accounts thus being an active team member in achieving their assigned individual revenue targets
- Develop direct contacts with key personnel in all corporate accounts handled by sales executives thus network effectively to promote and offer services therefore increasing the corporate account database
- Execute corporate account-specific marketing and sales strategies in close liaison with the sales team to capture maximum market share within the account
- Execute agreed strategies to develop identified; key critical revenue-generating market segments in close cooperation with sales executives therefore creating more avenues of revenue generation through new accounts (market segmentation)
- Action group requests; promptly and efficiently; ideally within 48 hours of receiving the request; observing and adhering to all YM guidelines
- Individual ad-hoc pricing which includes sending the ad-hoc requests to pricing/using Ad-hoc quota; while adhering to the guidelines laid down by Pricing-DXB thereby ensuring minimal come-backs
- Provide complete backup for pricing and independently handle Pricing functions, in the absence of the sales coordinator
- Agency visits from time to time; to educate the front-line staff on EK Products including EKH; Tradenet; FareLogix; GDS cost reduction; ongoing EK/NPSD offers and EK Group policy and procedures
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- University Graduate
- 4 years’ experience in Sales & Travel related field
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Customer Service Orientation
