mselect is looking to hire a Sales Representative for an international training organization in Lebanon. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English.
 
JOB OBJECTIVE
This role’s main focus is by telemarketing to create new leads and convert these leads into revenues. You work directly with customers and prospects to recommend products and services to fit their needs (business to business relation).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, target and call potential clients for the client’s services – by phone, by mail, by social media – you will need to actively search for new clients. These clients are international managers who need to develop their skills
  • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each client or potential client to recommend appropriate goods and services
  • Develop a rapport with clients and prospects, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
  • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
  • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for clients
  • Accurately record client demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
  • Communicate with clients in Arabic and English languages

Skills and Experience:
  • Have a first experience in B2B sales of services to managers in international companies
  • Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation, sales calls, telemarketing and more
 
Key tools:
  • Microsoft office programmes & salesforce

Key Competencies:
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
