Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in Iraq, focusing on B2B SAP Sales
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the public and private sectors Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare high-quality proposals, solution presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses tailored to customer needs
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer requirements and organizational capabilities
- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems Provide periodic sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience: 8+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology solution selling or IT services; strong background in managing B2B sales cycles with enterprise or government clients
- Strong understanding of the SAP market and business environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Arabic and Kurdish
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
