mselect is looking to hire a Sales Consultant for a consultancy client in Basrah, Iraq. Candidates must have 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English and Arabic.

JOB OBJECTIVE  
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in representing and promoting the company's Real Estate Services and Immigration Services. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the value propositions of these services to potential clients and guide them through the sales process. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet individual client needs. You will collaborate closely with clients, understand their requirements, and provide expert consultancy to ensure they receive the best possible service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively handle inquiries and expressions of interest from potential clients
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to comprehensively assess their requirements and preferences
  • Manage phone inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing any queries or concerns raised by interested clients
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster strong relationships and explore additional opportunities for collaboration
  • Employ persuasive techniques and negotiation skills to effectively close deals with potential clients, ensuring a win-win outcome
  • Coordinate with the operations department to facilitate the smooth processing and handling of client cases
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and leveraging existing client referrals
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's services, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to analyze their needs, desires, and pain points, offering customized solutions tailored to their specific circumstances
  • Utilize compelling arguments and persuasive tactics to present and sell services to both existing and prospective customers, effectively articulating the benefits and advantages
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and generate referrals, while diligently maintaining a detailed database of contacts, interactions, and sales stages
  • Collaborate proactively with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to the overall success of the sales department

REQUIREMENTS
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a sales role, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate or immigration services
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, coupled with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving client needs
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must
