mselect is looking to hire a highly motivated and organized Reporting Analyst for an international oil and gas operator in Basrah, Iraq. Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven and successful experience in HR management, preferably in international oil and gas projects. Fluency in English is a must.

Job Objective
As a Reporting Analyst, the goal is to manage HR functions efficiently, including salary administration, commercial insurance, and SuccessFactors System operations. This role aims to provide essential personnel management services, optimize HR policies, and support overall organizational efficiency through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Salary Management: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of salaries for all types of employees
  • Commercial Insurance Management: Manage all aspects of employee commercial insurance, including enrollment, claims processing, and renewal negotiations
  • SuccessFactors System Administration: Maintain and optimize the daily operations of the SuccessFactors system, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient reporting
  • Personnel Management: Provide comprehensive HR services to various types of staff, including onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Policy and Procedure Optimization: Assist the headquarters in periodically reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures for maximum effectiveness
  • Supporting Headquarters: Assist the headquarters with performance management, recruitment, and other HR functions as needed
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other assigned tasks as directed by the line manager
Qualifications:
  • Education/Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR Management, with a strong preference for those with experience in overseas oil and gas projects
  • Skills: Proficient in two or more HR management modules, with priority given to those experienced in Compensation & Benefits or HRIS
  • Abilities & Qualities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • English Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Comfortable using English as a primary working language
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
