Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources and other project stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing methods, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and fit against job requirements
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, panel interviews, and other assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications or further education in Human Resources is a plus)
- Previous Experience in Year & Field: Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates effectively
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
