mselect is looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist for a consultancy client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Kurdish is a must, and Arabic is a plus.

Job overview
  • As a Recruiting Specialist within the Human Resources Department, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates to support the project's staffing needs.
  • Reporting to the Human Resources Head, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Your efforts will contribute to building a talented workforce that drives the success of the initiative

Responsibilities
  • Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with the Head of Human Resources and other project stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing methods, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and fit against job requirements
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, panel interviews, and other assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit

REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications or further education in Human Resources is a plus)
  • Previous Experience in Year & Field: Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates effectively
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
