mselect is looking to hire a Project Manager for an international training organization in Beirut, Lebanon. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in international companies, working with senior management. Fluency in English is a must.

Job Purpose
The Project Manager is the central operational point of contact for the In-company Clients. He/she is dedicated to specific Client Groups and responsible for supporting the sales efforts, securing existing business and growing the business, by providing ongoing customer service and managing the implementation of Client in-company projects, as well as the account management plan. The Project Manager ensures that the project or service is delivered according to plan and completed successfully, within the given deadline & budget and with due consideration to the Client’s requirements and client’s quality standards.  The Project Manager works directly with the Key Account Manager for the Client group, the Associates/Faculty assigned to the Client project, and the Client contact persons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales activities –The PM liaises with the KAM and internal colleagues to coordinate the actions and deadlines according to the plan
  • Customer relationship support & stakeholder day-to-day management The PM is the central point of contact linking all parties involved: Associates, KAM, Client and any other client’s staff and/or suppliers backgrounds
  • Project planning The Project Manager is responsible for managing various and simultaneous projects
  • Risk Management and Risk Assessment
  • Contract management, budgeting and invoicing The Project Manager reviews all information related to the project he/she has been assigned, to effectively plan and take the project under control from a financial perspective
  • Business process improvements – quality management Monitor customer satisfaction for Client Group, analyse feedback and propose improvement actions
  • Information systems - input all key project-related information which is used to generate the production planning, the forecasting, and the invoicing and maintain a quality management system Delivery Management System – input all key logistical-related information for each company assignment in a centralized system and maintain a quality system A PO system for Associates – ensure a PO is used where required for all in-company assignments, proposal stage and during the implementation stage, so that any invoice issued by the Associate may be traced back to a PO

Requirements
  • A Clear and demonstrable track record in the management and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Have a first experience in international companies, working with senior management
  • Be able to act as a member of a virtual team, with a track record of achieving results through personal planning and implementation
  • English, languages like French, Dutch and/or others are a plus

  • Key tools used in the role include Microsoft Office Programmes & Salesforce
