Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to the executive or senior management team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. The PA acts as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information professionally and carefully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls, and messages), prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive when required
- Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and departments, staff, and external partners
- Support the executive in tracking key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide analytical support for decision-making
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the executive’s role
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, expense reports, and documentation
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the executive office by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives (Corporate background is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (English and Arabic)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
