GENERAL ACTIVITIES:
Initiation:
- Creating of the Main Data Base of the company / each project (EXCEL, or any alternative tool)
- Make sure that the DB is very understandable and reachable from all the team members, stakeholders
- Make sure that the DB is updated on regular basis (whenever there is an update on the status of the projects master plans or sales status for each RU
- Have a good knowledge to validate the baseline program of each project with make sure to determine the week points as well as the critical paths
- Monitoring and controlling the sales documents in term of unit reservation, payments plan with prices, purchase request with considering the agreed main formats of the company
EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES:
- Managing the replacement (change Units) process by proposing an alternative candidate which satisfying the customer request (in term of price and area)
- Managing the costumers change request in term of any change required inside the RU. after obtaining the OPERATIONS manager approval
- Managing the change request with the consultancy side after being communicated with both the customer and the consultancy side after obtaining the operations manager approval
- Responsible of preparing the technical proposal to the consultancy side
- Managing the performance of the CRM system (technical problems, features, updates) with the system supplier, operator in Turkey
INTERNAL ACTIVITIES:
- Preparing the weekly / monthly reports of the number of SOLD units in each project with considering to be presented in a professional way to the management.
- Checking the main contractor regular invoices and validating the payments certificates being submitted by the consultant (MHC)
- Performing the cost controlling for all the projects related to developer, by comparing the monthly contractor invoices and the SOLD RUS income
- Validating all the submitted baseline (Grant charts) being submitted by the main contractors (PRIMAVERA, MS PROJECT) or any alternative program
- Ability to work on Auto CAD program or any alternatives for reflecting the required changes and inquiries from the HM after being approved by the Dept. Manager
- Managing the ERP / CRM system with the system interface from company in term of (performance, data entry, modification or revising)
- Escalating all the technical problems to the system supplier / operator and follow up to close the troubleshooting accordingly
- Monitoring and controlling the ERP / CRM system data entry being performed by the sales team and escalate officially by email when needs
