mselect is looking to hire an Onboarding Manager for a consultancy client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Kurdish is a must, and Arabic is a plus.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Manager within the Onboarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding of beneficiaries from the business entities you are assigned to. Reporting to the Head of Onboarding, you will act as the primary point of contact, lead a team of onboarding agents, and ensure efficient and effective onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the assigned Accounting Units and the Operations team, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring effective communication
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 20-30 onboarding agents, providing guidance, support, and regular performance feedback
  • Coordinate and prioritize the onboarding activities of the team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Monitor and track the progress of onboarding activities, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or challenges that may arise
  • Ensure that the team is adequately equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to perform their roles effectively
  • Address escalations or complex queries from the assigned Accounting Units, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (additional certifications in quality assurance are a plus).
  • Previous Experience in Year and Field: Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within an operational environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish and English – Fluency in Arabic is a plus
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
    • Strong management abilities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team of onboarding agents
    • Knowledge of onboarding processes, customer service principles, and project management fundamentals
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

Rotation:
  • 5 days per week & 8 hours per day (Starting from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm)
