mselect is looking to hire an HR Assistant in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role. Fluency in English is a must, Arabic and Kurdish are a plus.
Job Purpose
The HR Assistant will play a critical role in managing and supporting the documentation and paperwork for clients. This role involves preparing and handling essential documents such as bank letters, support letters, contracts, and health insurance documentation. The HR Assistant will also assist in maintaining records, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Prepare and process client-related documents, including bank letters, support letters, contracts, and health insurance forms
Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding documentation inquiries and requests. Provide timely and accurate support to address their needs
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client documentation, ensuring they are filed correctly and in compliance with company policies
Compliance and Legal: Ensure all client documentation comply with legal requirements and internal policies
Report Generation: Assist in generating reports related to client documentation and submit them to senior HR management
Documentation Updates: Regularly update templates and formats for client-related paperwork to improve efficiency

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, and other HR software tools
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic, and Kurdish to effectively interact with employees and management
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Confidentiality: A High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records
Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Kurdish and/or Arabic is an advantage
