- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding
- Manage compensation programs to ensure competitiveness in the market and equity among employees
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed
- Motivating and supporting current staff
- Maintaining staff records
- Identifying staffing needs and raising engagement
- Designing and directing training programs
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in HR
- Experience in IT related industry is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering HR programs and services in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Budget management experience
