JOB PURPOSE
Be the Facilities Management focal point for FM services provided to locations in field, work closely with FM Service providers to manage business continuity, workplace management and interfaces with other on-site customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as FM focal point and manage expectations on service standards (Welfare, Laundry, Cleaning, pest control, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, office supplies, office furniture etc)
- Provide service provider(s) with advice on policies and standards for FM services to achieve sustainable business improvements, especially in HSE
- Measure service performance against set targets (including contract scorecards), support improvement activities where needed and provide assurance to the Team Lead on service integrity/compliance issues
- Conduct site visits to locations responsible as focal point to ensure services are being delivered and provide reports for those visits
- Conduct health and hygiene site leadership visits and report
- Be flexible if and when requested to extend rotations, conduct work outside working hours, cover for other FM colleagues or any other task given from FM Team Leads
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- BSC degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, camp management, contract management function handling all camp management issues
- 4-5 yearsโ experience in facilities management function
- Proven ability to operate with minimum supervision in a site execution environment
- English & Arabic Intermediate Level
- Intermediate Skill in Using Microsoft applications including (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proven supervisory skills
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Focus on continuous self-learning and improvement
- Ability to work cohesively and communicate successfully in multi-cultural teams whilst being aware of and sensitive to cultural differences
