Finance and Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Finance and Contracts Manager for an international energy focused managed software services provider and consultancy. The software arm follows a SaaS model.

The client’s main software product is used by governments to manage energy portfolios. The client is also developing a product for related private sector stakeholders (working with governments to either extract natural resources or produce power (renewable and non-renewable)).
Both systems can be considered a form of ERP, that monitor activities, manage process, and provide critical insights.
The products “plug” into one another. The overall aim of the government system, beyond managing activities, is to:

optimise a government’s energy portfolio and;

facilitate the transition to clean energy.

The client also has a consulting arm, focused on advising Governments and the private sector on energy related matters.
Both software and consultancy arm can be considered more commercial than technical.
