mselect is looking to hire an Executive Assistant   for a construction client in Erbil. Candidates must have at least 2-5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is a must.

Job Objective
The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide a high level of administrative support and personal assistance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position will proactively coordinate, manage and keep the CFO on track with schedules, projects and commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and high-quality presentations
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate follow-up procedure so as to ensure that all projects, reports, and task associated with or originating from the CFO’s office is completed
  • Follow-up and archive the documentary cycle of the finance department
  • Update the e-library of the finance Dept. archive
  • Write summary reports on status of all assignments, submit reports as needed
  • Maintain “to be discussed with lists” for those in regular contact with CFO, presenting reminders when and as needed to ensure all responsibilities are completed
  • Provide an end of day “Punch List” with an overview of the next day’s agenda
  • Coordinate daily workflow, maintaining appropriate routines and procedures
  • Manage the CFO’s calendar and appointment schedule
  • Contact people to schedule appointments and meetings as needed and/or requested by and for the CFO
  • Prepare for meetings; prepare agenda, schedule and set-up appropriate room, prepare food and beverages as requested
  • Works closely with the CFO on special projects and Audit and Finance & Investment Committee activities
  • Completes various forms, including: purchase requisitions, shipping requests, reports, requests for payment, consultancy agreements
  • Performs other duties as required and/ or assigned

Key Qualifications
  • BSc/ BA Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ IT or relevant filed
  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong background of Microsoft Office and technology software
  • Good command of written and spoken English language
  • Highly details-oriented, Self-motivated and well-organized personality
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
