Course Overview

This two-day course on Emotional Intelligence (EI) is designed to help participants understand and apply the principles of EI in both their personal and professional lives. Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and influence emotions in oneself and others. By developing EI skills, individuals can enhance their communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationships.

 

The course will provide participants with a solid foundation in the five core components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
