Advanced communications skills
This high-energy two-day program is designed to focus on the foundation communication skills: listening, asking insightful questions, and recognizing the power of non-verbal communication. Participants will learn how to build rapport using simple NLP techniques such
as pacing and leading which can translate into positive results. Participants will learn how to combine voice tone, body language with language that engages others. Using a four-point communications model, the participant will
be able to communicate their messages more clearly, confidently, and effectively.

This training will try to cater to the audience and their distinctive professional background and experience. Classroom sessions with presentations by a highly experienced facilitator form a major part of the training programs. The trainee participation will be through group discussions, role-plays, group activities, assessments and more.
The trainee is also considered to share their experiences, issues, concerns and best practices from their respective organizations, which are facilitated by the trainer to optimize learning for the entire participant group.
