This dynamic two-day program focuses on core communication skills, including active listening, asking insightful questions, and understanding the impact of non-verbal cues. Participants will learn to build rapport using simple NLP techniques like pacing and leading, enhancing their influence and effectiveness. The course also teaches how to combine voice tone, body language, and language to engage others. Using a four-point communication model, participants will be able to convey their messages more clearly, confidently, and effectively.
