MSELECT Academy delivers Soft skills training to promote work readiness and professionalism for the young workforce of Al Anbar
The Soft Skills Program was a collaboration between the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and MSELECT Academy, where the latter successfully accomplished the training of 78 male and female beneficiaries on personal development skills from the Ramadi district of Al-Anbar.
The program aimed to develop employability and interpersonal skills to empower and equip the trainees with skills necessary for effective work behaviour and self-management skills.
MSELECT Academy designed a tailored Soft Skills program inclduing the following modules:

Each training course lasted 3 days of 4 hours of instruction per day. The training sessions were conducted at NRC facilities in Ramadi over nine days. The objective of the program was to equip the beneficiaries with the required skills to succeed in the work place and scaling them up to a higher level of professionalism, in addition to improving their lives with skills they need in everyday life and in their personal relationships.
