The course will include a series of presentations, as well as a variety of group work activities, discussions, various exercises and tasks facilitated by the trainer. The delegates will go through multiple case studies and individual assignments, allowing them to test out their knowledge regarding HRM function and determine the level of administration skills.
Hunar Kareem has a bachelor’s degree in the University of Kurdistan Hawler in management including human resources and current master student in the same field. He has approximately 10 years of experience in different fields and six years explicitly in human resources in international organizations. He has lead HR teams for five years with being responsible for managing every aspect of employee relations with the organization. He has worked in companies and humanitarian aid organizations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Federal Iraq. He has strong academic and professional knowledge of human resources and administration that allow him to provide academic understanding with practical knowledge.
