JOB PURPOSE
To create compelling video and graphic content and manage the social media presence of client. The Multimedia Designer & Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing visual content, executing social media strategies, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Production:
- Produce and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms
- Develop creative video concepts that align with Client’s brand identity and marketing objectives
- Oversee the entire video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, website content, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Ensure all designs are consistent with Client’s brand guidelines
- Continuously innovate and refresh the visual content to keep it engaging and relevant
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a content calendar that supports company campaigns, product launches, and events
- Generate creative content ideas that resonate with Client’s target audience
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital content
- Ensure all content adheres to Client’s brand standards and effectively communicates the brand’s values
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media content and campaigns
- Utilize insights to refine strategies and improve future content performance
- Prepare reports on social media performance for the management team
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and social media management
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for video and graphic content
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video production and graphic design tools
- Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media platforms and strategies for engagement
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all visual content
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Communication: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
