mselect is looking to hire an HR and Admin Officer for a travel and tourism client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced service or travel-related industry. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.

Job Synopsis
A leading travel management company in Iraq is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our workplace environment and supporting our continued growth in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate performance reviews and support employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced service or travel-related industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws in Iraq and Kurdistan
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and Chat GPT; experience with HR software is a plus
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and/or Kurdish
