Job Synopsis
A leading travel management company in Iraq is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our workplace environment and supporting our continued growth in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate performance reviews and support employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced service or travel-related industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws in Iraq and Kurdistan
- Proficiency in MS Office, and Chat GPT; experience with HR software is a plus
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and/or Kurdish
