Job Purpose
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing mechanical maintenance and operations, particularly within industrial production environments. Experience in the food manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance plans
- Lead and train the mechanical team
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong technical knowledge of production line machinery
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Language: Kurdish, Arabic, Turkish, and English proficiency preferred
