Job Purpose
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance department of a high-capacity beverage production facility. The role is critical in ensuring uptime, reliability, and the safe functioning of all production and utility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, and external service providers
- Ensure minimal production downtime and fast response to equipment failures
- Oversee maintenance of boilers, compressors, pasteurizers, filling lines, and utilities
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement in coordination with the supply chain
- Plan and execute annual overhauls and shutdown maintenance activities
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing plant, ideally in food or beverage
- Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with CMMS software and reliability-centered maintenance
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
