Key Responsibilities
- Capable of preparing and writing Permit to Work (PTW), Method Statement (MST), and other related construction documents by project specifications and HSE requirements
- Able to identify any deviations from the original project scope and proactively raise Technical Queries (TQ) or Change Requests to the client for clarification or approval
- Experienced in managing site manpower effectively while maintaining clear communication, Construction Manager/Site in Charge to ensure alignment on progress, quality standards, and overall project expectations
- Responsible for preparing and submitting daily progress reports to the client according to the project’s reporting format and timelines
- Preparation and submission of MRV and preparation of all procurement items required for the entire project
- Coordination for the qualification of welders, inspection of site as per isometric, GAD and P&ID, fabrication of pipe spool, and organizing inspection of welding, NDT activities of fabricated & installed piping as applicable
- Execute all piping fabrication and site erection work, performing hydro testing according to client requirements, and check all the installed piping components as per the piping isometric drawings
- Prepare weld mapping of isometric drawing and dimension check of completed spools, and maintain housekeeping and proper arrangement of spools in the yard
- Supervise and manage all activities of fabrication, Installation of piping and structural installation, hydro testing, and commissioning works
- Prepare and complete the activities of mechanical punch list, piping punch list, hydro testing, Flange Management, and box up activities as per client requirements
- Preparing a look-ahead plan, recovery plan and a plan to achieve it and providing technical & engineering support to Supervisors/Foremen at the site
- Prepare and complete the as-built isometrics upon project completion and submit to the client
- Coordinate with other disciplines and attend regular meetings with clients and the team as necessary
Requirements
- Education: Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Experience: 5-7 years of field working experience in the Oil and Gas sector
- Skill: Proficient in the use of software tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Project
- Experience working with EPC companies is preferred
Working schedule
6 Days Per Week – Friday Is Off Day
