mselect is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for a hygiene care retail client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or assistant management role. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks to maintain efficiency across departments

  • Monitor and report on the performance of various departments to senior management

  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items

  • Support the management team in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment

  • Handle communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses in both English and Arabic

  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management

  • Maintain and organize office documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence

  • Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and stored securely

  • Assist in the preparation of official documents and reports for senior management

  • Provide training and support to staff on company policies and best practices

  • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving office operations and overall productivity

  • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Assist senior management in decision-making by providing detailed analysis and insights


REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or assistant management role

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred

  • Must be fluent in both English, Kurdish and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
