mselect is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for a hygiene care retail client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or assistant management role. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks to maintain efficiency across departments
Monitor and report on the performance of various departments to senior management
Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Support the management team in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment
Handle communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses in both English and Arabic
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management
Maintain and organize office documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and stored securely
Assist in the preparation of official documents and reports for senior management
Provide training and support to staff on company policies and best practices
Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving office operations and overall productivity
Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Assist senior management in decision-making by providing detailed analysis and insights
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or assistant management role
Bachelorโs degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Must be fluent in both English, Kurdish and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
