mselect is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor for an FMCG client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising sales teams. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must, Kurdish is a plus.

Job Purpose
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure team goals are met
  • Coach and train sales representatives to improve skills and productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and clients
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales staff
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to ensure high service standards
  • Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and product launches

Requirements
  • Proven background in administrative roles
  • At least 2 years of experience leading successful sales teams
  • High level of commitment, responsibility, and leadership
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • An established client base is a strong advantage
  • Strong network and connections within hypermarkets and supermarkets
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs
