Job Purpose
To develop and implement sales strategies to increase the company's market share in the logistics sector, attract new clients, and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities to expand the client base in freight, transportation, and warehousing services
- Provide pricing and logistics service proposals tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in line with company policies
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Prepare periodic sales reports, analyze trends, and offer recommendations
- Attend relevant events and exhibitions to enhance the company’s market presence
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in freight or logistics services
- Strong knowledge of land, sea, and air transportation services, as well as customs and clearance procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is preferred
- Persuasive and professional demeanour
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of market need
