mselect is looking to hire a Sales Representative for a logistics client in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales. Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Representative in a logistics company, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting our logistics services, building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for growth. The sales representative will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of logistics solutions, and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, industry events, and networking
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our logistics services and solutions
Sales Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly
Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present competitive and compelling proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized logistics solutions that meet client requirements
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Close sales and secure long-term contracts while adhering to company policies and profitability goals
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding competitive offerings and adjustments needed to stay ahead in the market
Customer Feedback:
  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams for continuous service enhancement
Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience
