MSELECT is looking to hire a Process & ERP Senior Specialist for an international oil and gas operator in Basrah. Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English.
 
JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide a process and ERP development and maintenance services and assist as directed in the internal and BOC audits in accordance with the standing procedures.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide consultative guidance to the PSCM Department personnel in the development and implementation of ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Conduct design workshops and functional process workshops to develop and maintain PSCM ERP
  • provide data input support to the buyers on the SAP system including data input into SAP for contract/PO information and other related activities
  • Interact with ERP provider responsible for developing the reports, interface, data conversion programs and application extensions
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of the ERP system and provide periodical reports
  • Identify functionality gap and develop solutions to be presented to management for review and approval
  • Deliver end-user training to all PSCM Department ERP users
  • Maintain a record of SAP Contracts & POs tracker and SAP No. register
  • Assist in the daily data input of purchasing/contracting information for Purchase Order and Service Contract issues
  • Ensure the SAP system is updated in a timely manner in respect of Purchase Order and Service Contract signed
  • Assist as directed in the internal audits and BOC audits in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
  • Assists in the corporate compliance process and ensures high quality audits are accurately conducted and timely reports are prepared and submitted
  • Reads and interprets regulatory requirements, contracts / POs, and corporate policies
  • Any other activities assigned by Section Head and/or manager

  • Implement all relevant policies, processes, procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Minimum Qualifications: BSc degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or Law
  • Minimum Experience: Above 8 years in the Oil and Gas Field
Job-Specific Skills:
  • Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in supply chain in the oil and gas field
  • SAP S/4 Hana (Procurement and Contracts – oil and gas) implementation and maintenance experience
