ROLE SYNOPSIS
The IT Consultant specializing in Bullhorn Development and Implementation will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Bullhorn solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires in-depth expertise in Bullhorn's ecosystem, including customization, API integration, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering tailored solutions that enhance our recruitment processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bullhorn Development and Customization:
- Develop and customize Bullhorn features, workflows, and modules to align with specific business requirements
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools within Bullhorn to support data-driven decision-making
- Lead the implementation of Bullhorn systems across various departments, ensuring smooth and timely deployment
- Integrate Bullhorn with other software tools and platforms used by the company, including Odoo finance and HR software
- Provide ongoing technical support for Bullhorn users, resolving issues related to system performance, data accuracy, and user access
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Bullhorn systems
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, system specifications, and process flows
- Manage Bullhorn-related projects from inception to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver on project goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorโs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 3 years specializing in Bullhorn development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Bullhorn API, custom objects, and workflows
- Proven experience with system integration, particularly with recruitment, HR, and finance software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Project management experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with Odoo finance and HR software
- Familiarity with other recruitment CRM/ATS platforms
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments and SaaS deployment
