Overview
Delivering a training session may seem simple, but it actually requires specific skills and an understanding of how people learn. Trainers who reflect on their own methods and abilities are better prepared to design and deliver engaging, effective, and well-structured sessions. This program helps trainers build a strong foundation in training and facilitation skills, using a range of techniques to create meaningful learning experiences and enhance participant engagement and retention. Over time, the course supports trainers in further developing their practical abilities. Participants will receive a certificate issued by the CPD.
