Job Objective
The Rollout coordinator will be the primary contact for the project delivery in a Network roll-out and/or IT systems integration environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute projects with attention to detail and responsibility
- Form a cross-functional project team based on project requirements and deliverables through consultation with Function Heads/Top Management
- Collaborate with functional and support areas to ensure on-time project delivery and adherence to agreed-upon PIP
- Conduct impact assessments, analyse data, determine timelines, ROI projections, and financial viability of projects
- Create project plans, share agendas, document action items, distribute notes, and update appropriate status using tracking tools
- Serve as the primary point of contact for special project design, implementation, and queries
- Identify potential issues, develop contingency plans, respond to inquiries and information requests, and escalate unresolved issues to optimize project objectives
- Facilitate essential Project-related management meetings
- Establish and implement internal processes to enhance program/project delivery within specific timelines
- Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with Minimum years of experience +3 years
- PMP certified
- Program management tool as example (Cost, Time, Quality, Procurement, HR, Scope, Risk, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Mobile Tower Planning, Deployment, Civil preparation, and Telecom equipment installation
- Leading fibre optic implementation project
- Acceptance for Tower/Site Civil work/Power/Fibre/Telecom
