Mechanical Consultant

mselect is looking to hire a Mechanical Consultant for a Facilities Management Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience, experience in facilities management, and a managing agent/Consultant is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Facilities Management consultancy and technical expertise on all mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, and SFG20
  • Experience in facilities management, managing agent/Consultant is preferred

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, FMP, LEED, or ASHRAE membership are highly desirable
