Civil Consultant

mselect is looking to hire a Civil Consultant for a Facilities Management Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience; experience within the facilities management sector is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and FM service providers for civil and structural engineering matters aligned with industry best practices and standards such as SFG20, SBC, ASTM, BS, and ISO standards
  • Responsible for providing expert technical and managerial support in all civil and structural aspects of facilities management

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Preferably holds relevant certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, or equivalent
