- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Actively coordinate with department heads across engineering, procurement, finance, and sales to ensure strategic alignment, which is essential for driving operational efficiency
- Organizational Structuring: Play a critical role in designing and implementing the organizational structure of our growing business units and project teams
- Mobility & Field Flexibility: The position requires flexibility for field visits and coordination across multiple locations, including sites in Nasiriyah and our headquarters in Baghdad
- Workplace Discipline & Compliance Monitoring: Oversee employee conduct, attendance, internal policy enforcement, and performance-related disciplinary procedures

- Familiarity with ERP/HRIS platforms, employee self-service tools, and data analytics
- Exposure to multi-cultural work environments or regional HR operations
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism
