Job Purpose
The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing activities for residential projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales objectives. The role includes leading a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with sales, project management, and customer experience teams, and driving brand positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation through both digital and offline campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to residential developments to maximize visibility, market penetration, and qualified lead generation
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring creativity, collaboration, and alignment with company goals
- Conduct thorough market research and analyse customer insights, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform marketing plans and campaigns
- Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies
- Plan and oversee offline marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, open houses, and local community engagement programs
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and provide timely, relevant marketing materials to support sales objectives
- Manage and enhance the company’s branding, corporate identity, and communication efforts to strengthen reputation and market positioning
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and digital content tailored for residential buyers
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse ROI, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards for marketing and advertising in real estate
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaigns, customer engagement, and lead nurturing processes
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and strategic partnerships
- Identify new marketing opportunities, emerging channels, and innovative approaches to strengthen market reach and customer engagement
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in residential real estate, with prior leadership or managerial experience preferred
- Languages: Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and content development
- Market awareness and ability to analyse trends effectively
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
