mselect is looking to hire an HR Officer for a construction client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain HR documentation
  • Maintain and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies in compliance with company standards
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with the Iraq Labour Law and local regulations
  • Prepare HR reports as required

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and other HR tools
  • Knowledge of the Iraq Labour Law
  • Experience in policy development, payroll, and contract preparation
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish
