mselect is looking to hire a Banks Relations Manager for a consultancy client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Kurdish is a must, and Arabic is a plus.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Private Bank Relations Manager, your role will be to manage relationships with private banks participating in the project. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) such as monitoring the timely delivery of banking products and ATMs (Automated Teller Machine), making sure customer complaints are being addressed in a timely manner. Your goal will be to foster strong partnerships with private banks, promote efficient banking services, and ensure a seamless experience for project beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with private banks participating in the initiative, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with service level agreements to ensure private banks meet their contractual obligations
  • Collaborate with private banks to ensure timely delivery of banking cards, ATMs, and other banking products related to the project
  • Coordinate with private banks to ensure accurate and timely salary payments to project beneficiaries
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with private bank representatives to address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the customer care team and technical team, to ensure effective communication and problem resolution with private banks
  • Address any escalations or disputes that may arise with private banks, finding mutually beneficial resolutions and maintaining positive partnerships

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in banking or relationship management are a plus.
  • Previous Experience in Year and Field: Previous experience in private banking, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial industry
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic – Fluency in English is a plus
  • Other Skills:
    • Solid understanding of banking operations, service level agreements, and customer service best practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with private bank representatives and internal stakeholders
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address issues, resolve disputes, and find mutually beneficial solutions
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross- functional team environment

Rotation:
  • 5 days per week and 8 hours per day (Starting from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm)
