Key Responsibilities
Client’s Portal Management and Operation:
- Manage the disposition processes (sales, transfers, disposals) end-to-end within the client’s Portal, including auction listings, bids, sale status updates, and final handover documentation
- Set, update, and track Reserve Prices in the client’s Portal as part of managing asset disposition procedures
- Issue and manage Letters of Authorization and Transfer of Ownership directly through the client’s Portal
- Ensure the system accurately reflects the disposition status of assets (e.g. Under Offer, Pending Payment, Pending Collection, Sale Complete)
- Maintain disposition-related documentation and records within the system, verifying final asset status updates upon sale completion
- Manage and execute marketing strategies for asset disposition, both digitally through the Portal and directly to local and international markets
- Create and distribute effective marketing materials (brochures, promotional content, asset specifications) aimed at maximizing asset exposure and sale potential
- Plan, organize, and host in-person marketing events, such as open days, site visits, and demonstrations, to effectively showcase Assets & Materials to potential buyers
- Coordinate third-party inspection services to provide authoritative asset condition reports, further enhancing marketing effectiveness and buyer confidence
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-5 years in asset management, disposal, or logistics
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle, especially disposal and write-off procedures
- Experience with regulatory or compliance environments is a plus
- Knowledge of asset disposal policies, valuation, and documentation
- Understanding of financial and environmental compliance in asset disposal
- Proficiency in ERP or asset tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
