Job Purpose
The role is positioned at the core of training operations, providing essential administrative support, sales assistance, and logistical coordination for face-to-face programs. It involves close collaboration with the operations team, senior associates, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective program delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the regional director with proposals, visit reports, and documentation
- Coordinate all logistics related to training delivery (venue booking, material printing, travel arrangements)
- Ensure timely delivery and printing of training materials, handouts, and certificates
- Handle back-office admin tasks, including filing and data entry
- Manage inventory and storage of classroom tools, printed assessments, and maintain Virtual Reality (VR) headsets used in training sessions
- Prepare and dispatch training kits and materials as per program requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for on-ground program coordination when needed
- Occasionally travel within KSA to support programs in Jubail, Jeddah and other cities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, logistics, admin, or operations
- Experience in a training, consulting, or events environment is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Must be based in Riyadh with the ability to travel occasionally within the Kingdom
