Job Purpose
The tender Coordinator supports the tendering process and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing tender documents
- Coordinate communication between IOCs and related departments
- Support the evaluation of technical and commercial bids
- Maintain tender records and ensure the accuracy of documents
- Help prepare approval packages for management
- Follow up on deadlines to make sure tender processes run smoothly
- Attend Meetings and take meeting minutes
Requirements
- BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering (or related discipline)
- 1–3 years’ experience in oil & gas, contracts, or procurement, and fresh graduates are also acceptable
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong English skills (Arabic an advantage)
