Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Director to lead our dynamic team of designers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovative design solutions that align with our brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement design strategies that support the company’s goals and enhance brand identity
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines
- Creative Development: Guide the creative process from concept to completion, including brainstorming, prototyping, and final execution
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of design quality and consistency across all projects and platforms
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their objectives
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into the design process
- Resource Allocation: Manage resources efficiently to ensure the team’s productivity and project success
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in creative direction, with a proven track record of managing design teams
- Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of generative AI tools is required
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of creative professionals
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to various stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex design challenges
- Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose fresh design ideas
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and leadership capabilities
